The FENS-Kavli Network of Excellence symposium (FKNE-Symposium) will take place on the campus of the Institute of Science and Technology Austria (IST Austria) in Klosterneuburg near Vienna on December 3-5, 2017.
This will be the first symposium of the netowork where participants are welcome who are not FKNE fellows.
We are excited to invite you to the 1st Symposium for the next generation of Stem Cell Research (SYStem) in Vienna. The meeting will be the first in a series of annual conferences to discuss the latest advances in stem cell biology in an informal and collaborative setting. Our vision for this two and a half day conference series is to focus on young scientists who have just started their independent career to help and shape the future stem cell community in Europe.
The meeting will be held at IMBA (Institute of Molecular Biotechnology) and IMP (Institute of Molecular Pathology) in Vienna, Austria from the 22nd to the 24th of February 2018. In addition to this, a hands-on course on human pluripotent stem cell culture will be held on 21st February.
On behalf of the organizing committee: Elly Tanaka, Juergen Knoblich, Chukwuma Agu, Ulrich Elling, Sasha Mendjan
